Effective October 26, 2026

Totally Free Games ("we", "us") publishes free games for the web and mobile. This page explains what information the games and this website handle. The short version: there are no accounts, and your progress is kept on your own device.

What stays on your device

Game progress, settings, the theme you pick and the dyslexia-friendly font choice are stored in your browser's local storage (or the app's own storage). We never receive this data. If you clear your browser data, delete the app or switch phones, it is gone unless you saved a backup code from the game's menu.

Games that use our servers

We do not ask for your email address, phone number, or location, and we do not run user accounts.

Server logs

Like most websites, the servers and network software that deliver these pages keep standard request logs (such as IP address, time, the page requested and the browser's user agent) for security and troubleshooting. We don't use them to build profiles of visitors.

Ads

Some pages and games may show one small banner ad at the bottom of the screen, served by a third-party ad network (currently Google AdSense on the web and Google AdMob in the mobile apps). The ad provider may use cookies or device identifiers to deliver and measure ads. We request non-personalized ads by default, so ads are not based on your browsing history. You can learn more or adjust Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com, and on mobile through your device's ad privacy settings. Where the law requires it, we show a consent prompt before ads load.

Tips

If you leave a tip on the web, you are sent to a third-party payment page, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see your card number. In the iOS and Android apps, tips go through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.

Children

Our games are meant for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us a name or other personal information (for example in a multiplayer room), contact us and we will delete it.
